Bible verses that help

There are different states in life: anxiety, fear, loneliness, fatigue or loss of hope. And at such moments you especially want to find support – something that does not change and does not let you down. That is why for many the Bible becomes not just a book, but a source of support. It contains words that seem to answer internal questions and help to get through difficult periods.

You can say that it is a kind of “hotline” that is always there.

When you are anxious or difficult
If you feel tired, stressed or under internal pressure – pay attention to the Gospel of Matthew 11:28-30. This is a place about rest and relief that God gives to those who are tired.

When you feel lonely
Psalm 23 reminds you that you are not alone, even when it seems so. It is about the presence and care of God in all circumstances.

When you feel guilty
Psalm 51 is one of the most powerful texts about repentance and restoration. It helps not to run from mistakes, but to go through them and receive forgiveness.

When you lose hope
Psalm 139 says that God knows you completely and does not abandon you. Even when it seems that all is lost.

When you are sick or weak
Psalm 41 is about support in a moment of weakness, when strength and care are especially needed.

When you are afraid or in danger
Psalm 91 is often called the psalm of protection. It reminds you of God's protection even in the most anxious moments.

When faith weakens
Hebrews 11 is about faith that holds you even when not everything is clear.

When you are anxious and afraid
Isaiah 41:10 says directly: do not be afraid, God is with you and will support you.

When you are depressed
Romans 8:31-39 is about the fact that nothing can separate a person from God's love.

When Financial Difficulties Arise
Psalm 39 reminds us of trust and patience even in times of uncertainty.

We all have our moments when we need support. And it’s good to know that there is a source we can turn to at any time.
Because these words are not just about situations – they are about hope that never ends.

And maybe this is the passage you need today.
